Remote support tool
Only when a Pooya support agent asks you on the phone: download, run (no installation needed), and read the ID and one-time password to the agent. The connection goes through our own server and needs no AnyDesk or settings.
If the software is installed, use Settings → Support → "Start remote support" instead. Never give the ID and password to someone who called you claiming to be support.
